1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to Crownz Barbershop. By accessing our website, browsing our portfolio, or booking an appointment through our platform or Booksy widget, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our online services.

2. Appointments and Reservations

To provide each guest with our signature luxury grooming experience, appointments are managed via our Booksy integration:

• Punctuality: We ask all clients to arrive 5 minutes prior to their scheduled service. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may require rescheduling or a modified service to protect subsequent appointments.
• Cancellations: If you must cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 2 hours notice via Booksy or direct contact so other clients may reserve the seat.
• No-Shows: Repeated missed appointments without prior notice may result in restricted online booking privileges.

3. Service Pricing & Happy Hour Promotions

All service prices displayed on our website are shown in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to applicable taxes. Happy Hour promotional discounts (20% off selected grooming items) apply exclusively during active promotional timeframes and cannot be combined with conflicting offers.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including brand logos, photographic portraits, cinematic videos, custom stylesheets, and written copy — is the exclusive intellectual property of Crownz Barbershop. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited without written consent.

5. Limitation of Liability

While Crownz Barbershop strives for precision and excellence, our website and digital booking services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We are not liable for any third-party connectivity disruptions, booking system downtime, or indirect damages arising from website access.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
